Guide for the Settings and Other Options of the ioki Route Control Center


Control Center Settings

  • Additional options can be accessed via the avatar (top right).
  • Under “Settings,” you can select the language for the Control Center (applies to your own account).
  • Under “Subscription,” you can view information about your current contract or ongoing trial period.
  • Clicking “Support” opens an email link to the ioki Route support team. – Under “Security Settings”, the password can be changed and two-factor authentication can be configured.
    – Under “Manage Account”, consents can be viewed and SSO can be configured, among other things.
    – Via “Invite Colleagues”, users with Provider Admin permissions can add additional colleagues to the same company by providing their email address.
